The Essentials of Recreational Diving course is an intermediate training offered by agencies such as UTD (Unified Team Diving), UTR (Underwater Technical Research) and ISE (InnerSpace Explorers). It is designed for certified divers who want to improve their fundamental skills and adopt a more technical and conscious diving philosophy. <\/p>\n

With this course you will learn to improve: your buoyancy, your trim, advanced propulsion, configuration of your equipment, team procedures, with video analysis of your dives. When you finish, you will ask yourself: after so many years of diving, how come I had never been taught this before? <\/p>\n
